McCormick and Schmick's Seafood Restaurant is opening its 3rd Orange County location in Anaheim Feb. 25 at 321 W. Katella Avenue. The restaurant includes an upscale-casual dining environment with customer loyalty that has allowed them to keep their sterling reputation since the 1970s.

Join The Melting Pot on the last Tuesday of every month for Girls Night Out, with cheese fondue, salads, entrees and chocolate fondue dessert for only $28. Starting in March, be on the lookout for the new Big Night Out that features intriguing new flavor profiles that invigorate the senses and spark the imagination.

Hashigo Sushi of Huntington Beach has once again upped its menu. With 4 kinds of sushi drizzled with creative sauces, such as albacore sushi with jalapeno sauce or salmon sushi with mango sauce, you are sure to enjoy the many choices Hashigo Sushi has to offer. Be on the lookout for new Orange County locations to open in the near future.

The OC Pavilion welcomes the return of the world-class, fine dining experience at the 5-star Ambrosia Restaurant. Executive Chef Michael Rossi has created a menu featuring "Seasonal Marketplace" cuisine that embraces the special bounty of each season, offering the freshest fruits, vegetables and entrees to create a dynamic balance between food and the finest wines. A brick-domed, intimate Wine Cellar offers rare vintages
of fine wines from around the world. Ambrosia also offers many rooms for private dining with seating anywhere from 2 to 20 people. Wednesday through Saturday dinner seatings include the live entertainment of acclaimed jazz vocalist Chris Williams.

The Yard House is an upscale-casual eatery known for its extensive menu, classic rock music, and world's largest selection of draft beer.  Visit the newly opened Newport Beach location in Fashion Island where classic rock ’n’ roll plays on its state-of-the-art sound system while an abundance of flat-screen TVs showcase the day's sports and special events.
