Eno, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel's upscale tasting room, is holding a pairing of wine and fragrances on Friday, Dec. 11. The CHANEL Eno-Versity event will showcase the parallels between the creation of fragrance and fine wines.

The nose is said to be the most important tool in enjoying wine – both smelling and tasting it.

Through this unique offering, guests will be able to find the fragrance that best fits their individual styles, based on the family of aromas they are drawn to. This will then help to show the link between a person and his or her wine of choice. Guests will be able to use their newfound sense of smell to taste the specifics of each wine.

The CHANEL Eno-Versity class will be held at ENO at 5:30 p.m. The course costs $45 per person, and guests can register by calling 949.240.2000.
